A visionary by nature, Neil's strategic acumen came to fruition in 2019 with the inception of FAB Industrial Logistics. Presently, FAB stands as a national entity boasting an expansive network of warehouses and a workforce exceeding 180 adept professionals. Neil's audacious ambitions span the global arena, poised to conquer regions including New Zealand, Asia, and the US.

Bryan leverages over 30 years of diverse mining, management, and supply chain expertise. With an accomplished background across sectors, Bryan has excelled in roles including shutdown coordination, planning, scheduling, maintenance, and project management within the mining industry. His proficiency propels innovation in customer warehouse and transport services, backed by extensive supply chain knowledge and WMS/TMS system management. Leading the national team, Bryan orchestrates a seamless customer journey, placing emphasis on inventory control and data precision.

Clair, as FAB's Chief Strategy Officer, drives strategy, growth, and expansion. Formerly leading Women's Strategy in Australian Rugby League, she developed pathways and opportunities, including implementing both an Equity Action Plan and Reconciliation Action Plan. With a background in Education and Disabilities sectors, Clair's pursuing Australian Institute of Company Directors course, prioritizing positive workplace culture and employee empowerment.
